How to order in our Online Shop:
Ordering via our online shop is quick and easy.
If you have found your desired item from our range, input the desired amount and press the button "Add to cart". With variant articles (e.g. acupuncture needles or kinesiology tapes) you have the possibility to enter the number of each desired variation directly.
The displayed quantity bulk price refers to the total ordered amount of all variations of a product/product type. E.g. for acupuncture needles, you can choose the different sizes of an acupuncture needle type or for Kinesiology Tapes, you can combine the different color variations of a tape to achieve the required quantity amount.
If you have put your desired item into the shopping cart, click on "Show cart" or alternatively you can also click on "Shopping Cart" in the upper navigation area on the right.
- Shopping cart overview
In the shopping cart you will find an overview of your selected products. To continue with the order process, click on "Checkout" or "Continue to next step"
- Select address
Register now with your e-mail address and your password if you already have a customer account. Otherwise, you can register as a new customer. Your data will be collected, processed and used in accordance with the data protection regulations (data protection notice). Any other use or disclosure to third parties does not occur.
If you are already registered, you can check your billing address and optionally specify a delivery address.
In this step, you can also subscribe to our newsletter or add comments to the order.
- Shipping & Payment
In the third step you can choose your desired shipping and payment method. There are several ways to do this so that you can choose the solution that best suits your needs. For more information, see "Payment and Shipping".
- Check & Submit
In step 4 you will receive an overview of your selected products, the shipping and billing address and your contact details. Please check if all information is correct and read carefully the general terms and conditions and the cancellation policy. By clicking on the button "Order for payment" you send your order to us and the order process is completed.
You will then receive an order confirmation by e-mail, which once again summarizes all information and data relating to your order.
Note to business customers:
Business customers will also see the standard shipping costs in the shop. Please note that business customers may face higher delivery costs, due to higher order amounts.
Following the order and automatically generated order confirmation, you will receive an e-mail with an order confirmation including the actual shipping costs.
